UKPN PRESENTATION SUBSTATION UPGRADE
As UK Power Networks (UKPN) are about to commence a major upgrade of their facilities at the Sundon substation Chalton Parish Council have invited them to give a presentation about the project.
We understand that the project will include the installation of two larger transformers and the excavation of several new cable trenches.
The presentation will be given in the Village Hall on Monday 16th August commencing at 7:30 pm.
All are welcome to attend.
Although COVID restrictions are being removed we would request that face masks be worn whilst seated in the Village Hall.
