London Luton Airport’s application to grow its airport
For the next seven weeks, people are being invited by the Planning Inspectorate to have their say on Luton Rising’s application for a Development Consent Order for the long-term sustainable growth of London Luton Airport. Until 23.59 on 23 June, you can submit your views, in the form of what is called a ‘Relevant Representation’. Crucially, by doing so, you will also become an ‘Interested Party’ and have the right to attend the public examination of their proposals, expected to begin later this year. You will also be kept up to date with the progress of the examination and will be notified of the final decision made by the Secretary of State.
