Garden waste collection suspension
Annual household garden waste collections are taking their usual 12-week break from 4 December 2023, to 23 February 2024.
Help us to alert others, so they can prepare for their last garden waste collection, by telling your friends, family and neighbours.

From today(1st November 2023), visitors to our recycling centre (HWRCs) will be asked to show proof that they live in Central Bedfordshire. Avoid a wasted trip to the tip, by taking any of the following documents:
UK driving license (photo card or paper)
Current council tax bill
Utility bill (gas, electricity, water) under a year old
HMRC or Home Office letter (under a year old)
Bus pass
Disabled parking permit.
